Where do I email my application?

The Provider Application can only be submitted online through London Care Services website.

How long does it take to become LCS registered?

The registration process typically takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks. 

Is there any way of speeding up the application process?

We need sufficient time to assess and process applications, however to help speed up the registration process, we ask providers to reply promptly to all email and phone communication.

If my application is declined, and I don't agree with the decision, do you have an appeals process?
