How does LCS quality check approved providers?

We regularly visit Ofsted website to check the rating of each service that is LCS registered.

What happens if my Ofsted rating drops to Inadequate?

If the rating drops to inadequate we will temporarily suspend the service from the register of LCS approved providers.  This means the service will not be part of any search carried out by member authorities on LCS portal.  You will receive an email from us letting you know that this has happened.

What happens when my Ofsted rating improves?

If your rating improves, we will remove the temporary suspension.  This means the service will be part of any search carried out by member authorities on LCS portal.  You will receive an email from us letting you know that the temporary suspension has been removed.
